I fixed the Issue described in #2390.
=> Setting the checked state of a TreeItems children based on the parent state, after the loading event finishes.
Now when checking a lazy tree item all its children will be also checked after they were loaded
I also moved the example code/docs part of the lazy load from tree to tree-item since its a functionality of the tree item itself and not the tree.
